Ingredients:
- 3/4 each peeled and diced mango
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Ginger Root, Peeled & Chopped
- 2 parts Kentucky Bourbon
- 4 cups Ice
- 2 parts Ginger Ale
- 1 Sprig fresh mint leaves, fresh
Rim martini glass with sugar. Shake bourbon, peeled and chopped ginger root and mango in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain the mixture into a martini glass. Garnish with mint leaves and mango. (Created by Chris Howerton, Chef at the Bourbon Bistro, Louisville, KY)
