Ingredients:
- 2 oz Goslings Dark Rum
- 1 oz Pumpkin Molasses
- 1/2 oz chilled coffee
- Splash Kahlua
Garnish: Ginger bread cookie
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a ginger bread cookie. (Cocktail developed by: Eben Klemm, director of cocktail development for B.R. Guest Restaurants)
