Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Berentzen Apple Schnapps
- 1 1/2 oz Rain Vodka
- 1 oz Maple Syrup
- 1 part Licor 43
- 3 parts Heavy Cream
Place apple schnapps, vodka and maple syrup in a cocktail shaker, fill with ice and immediately shake and strain into a martini glass to about a half-inch from the rim. Place licor 43 and heavy cream into tumbler, shake and strain into a martini glass. Use back of a spoon placed closely to the ingredients and against the side of the glass.
