Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
- 1/4 oz Blue cracao
- 1/4 cup Pineapple juice
- 3/4 cup crushed ice
Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake well, then pour into chilled martini glass.

Ingredients:
- Champagne
- 1/2 oz Grand Marnier
- 1/2 oz Lillet Blond
