Ingredients:
- 1 orange
- 1 1/2 oz white creme de cacao
- 1 oz orange vodka
- 1/2 oz Grand Marnier
- Splash of Licor 43
To make burnt orange slices, slice the orange horizontally as thinly as possible. Place the slices on aluminum foil on a sheet pan. Broil for 5 to 8 minutes, or until orange slices start to crisp. Set aside and let cool.
Combine the white creme de cacao, orange vodka, Grand Marnier and Licor 43 in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake moderately and strain into a chilled martini glass. Float a burnt orange slice on top for garnish.
